それぞれの問いは、十二の宗教・智慧の伝統からの応答を集める。これは合わせの羅針盤である——最大公約数へ平板化するのではなく、各伝統の固有の声を保つ。
伝統が収斂するところでは、共有された地盤に名を与える。和解しがたく相違するところでは、緊張を保つ——不一致を無かったことにはしない。
